The persons in charge of visual information processing equipment are appointed as follows to protect your visual information and handle complaints related to personal visual information.

※ Processing method
Matters related to requests for non-purpose use of personal visual information, provision to third parties, destruction, access, etc., are recorded and managed, and upon expiration of the retention period, they are permanently deleted in ways that prevent restoration (shredding in the case of printouts).

The company entrusts the installation and management of visual information processing equipment as follows, and stipulates necessary matters in entrustment contracts in accordance with relevant laws so that personal information can be safely managed.

• 1) How to check: You can check personal visual information by contacting the visual information processing equipment operator at the business site in advance and then visiting.
• 2) Where to check: Security room or disaster prevention room at the business site where you want to check personal visual information

If you wish to access, confirm the existence of, or delete personal visual information, you may make a request to the operator of the visual information processing equipment at any time. However, it is limited to the filmed personal visual information containing your image and the personal visual information clearly necessary for the immediate interests of the information subject’s life, body and property.
The company will take necessary measures without delay if there is a request for access, existence of confirmation, or deletion of personal visual information.

Visual information processed by the company is safely managed through encryption measures. In addition, as a management measure for the protection of personal visual information, the company grants access rights to personal information differentially, and in order to prevent forgery and alteration of personal visual information, the date and time of creating personal visual information, the purpose of access, the person who accessed to it, and the date and time of access, etc. are recorded and managed. In addition, locking devices are installed for safe physical retention of personal visual information.

This Policy was revised on June 30, 2022. If there is any addition, deletion, or modification of its contents due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, the reason and contents of the addition, deletion, or modification will be notified in the company’s website prior to the enforcement thereof.
