Swimsuits: · Swimsuit and swim cap are required. Thin clothing with waterproof dye can be worn over the swimsuit. A cap is also allowed instead of a swim cap.
· Babies younger than 36-months must wear a waterproof diaper.

Food: · Any food except water and drinks in PET bottles, baby formula, prescription foodstuffs, and peeled, seedless fruit in Tupperware are not allowed to be brought in. Strollers and pets are expressly forbidden.

Attraction guide: · All outdoor attractions are available year-round but specific attractions may be closed due to bad weather.

Aqua Shoes (Recommended): · To avoid slipping accidents, Aqua Shoes are recommended. (For sale inside the park)

Lost & Found: · Lost Items will be held for 14 days before being disposed of. Please claim lost items as soon as possible.

· Free Entry for babies 36-months or younger
(Proof of date of birth is required. Free entry not valid without documentation)

· Babies aged 36-months or younger must wear a waterproof diaper to maintain water quality.

We recommend using Coins as currency in the Pororo Aqua Village for quicker and easier payments within the park.: - Coins can be paid and deposited with locker key at the front desk when entering.; - Any remaining coins can be refunded at the front desk when exiting.

Coin deposit method: - Pay a certain amount of money to deposit a coin balance onto the locker key.; - 충Payment can be made by both cash and card (except debit cards, gift cards, and Galleria cards); - When paid by a mix of cash and card, coins from the cash will be used first.; - The remaining balance after exiting will be fully refunded at the front desk or refund stations.
If payment was made by card, only the used amount will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded automatically.
(Takes around 3~4 business days for refund)

Please return the items to the rental station after use. Deposit will be repaid upon return.
Life jackets and inner tubes are not considered essential items, so they are only available for sale.
(Life jackets can be rented during peak seasons)

For which ages does the Child fee apply?: 36-months old babies to 5th grade children.

What kind of amenities are available inside the sauna?: Sauna towels, soap towels, soap, toothpaste, lotion, hair dryers, and various other beauty and hair items.
