You must wear a swimsuit. You may wear light clothing on top of the swimsuit as long as its color doesn’t fade.

- HANWHA RESORTS online members who purchase tickets online must print and bring the voucher and exchange it for a valid ticket at the ticket office.

- What is the age range for the children fare?
- The children fare applies for children who were born in 2011 up to 6th graders. (As of 2015)
- Where are the nursery rooms and baby care areas?
- Nursery Rooms : Entrance of Spa-dong swimming pool (Meeting Point), Next to the outdoor food court.
Baby Care Areas : Next to Women’s Locker/Restroom in Spa-dong, Baby changing table installed in nursery rooms.
- Can I rent beach towels?
- Yes. The deposit is 3,000 won, and the rental fee is 4,000 won.
You can also bring your own beach towels.
